Default Where Can I Find Apartment Community Reports?

I am planning to move back to Albuquerque in late summer. This will be my first time renting there, because I use to live with my parents before moving to Denver 25 years ago. I am on a fixed income, and I have located a few apartments that accommodate people like me.

However, I would like to know what type of communities these places are. Is there a website that gives reports on apartments about living conditions, tenants, etc.? I've seen photos of these communities and they look decent, but I am concerned about who are my neighbors. Any suggestions?
