I have property in Unit 3, Lot 45. I have not checked into getting power yet, but there are power poles on the back of my property. How far are you from power?
You may deal with State building approval for a mobile home permit when you buy the home. The well and septic are permitted by the county environmental department office in Grants. Electricity is handle by your electrician with the Utility company. All electricity will need state inspection. The inspection are not frequent, like monthly so hang in there. Water is in short supply. You may want investigate a well location and rights prior to building.
BABSROCKER...you posted last April and I just found this site. You asked about info for Pine Meadows Ranch and of anyone who had property for sale. I don't know a lot about Pine Meadows and have had difficulty in obtaining info from local county agencies. I do, however, have 2 lots that we are selling for my parent's who purchased these in the 70's sight unseen. The lots are 5.31 acres & 4.27 acres. If interested, please reply back. Thank You!
We have created a webpage for info on Cibola County and some really good pictures if you are interested. The link is Smile4u Inc. (http://www.smile4uinc.com/counties/NM/Cibola.html - broken link). We own some lots in Pine Meadows, but have not put them for sale yet. Let me know if anyone is interested.
You can find PMR by looking at the street address in Bluewater instead of the Ramah mailing address on Google maps. I have a copy of the CC&R's. You can also get them at Cibola county offices about $24.00 windancer1@gmail.com
