Yes i have lots of Friends in Tucumcari. Some of my Female Vocalist Friends are from out there and then i do have a Hermit Lady Friend out in the Mountains of Conchas. >>>> My people the Spanish are Scattered all over into Las Vegas and South towards Albuquerque and live in some Very Beautiful Country full of History and Spanish Treasures. el pintada kid

There is a shortage of housing in Tucumcari for students. When my wife and I went to school here at Mesa back in 1998 we stayed at a motel the whole time.

There are two types of houses here.

1. Ready to move into for around $65,000+

2. Cheap under $2,000 rebuild everything (wiring, plumbing, roofing).
