That's right as ''Bob and Tom'' used to be on the Buzzard 96.3?

Here in Southern New Mexico we have the Kid 101.5 out of Ruidoso as we all around Ruidoso can here it as they play some badass classic rock jams.

You had a number so you knew when you were going?

I'm foggy on this since I smoked soooo much dope back then, but, I think my draft card had a lottery number on it, and when they called number so and so thru so and so, you were to report to the selective service office, I think.

You never knew when you'd be going, unless your number was called. I guess numbers, birth dates, or whatever were random?

Okay, the toast song was funny.
Someone had to be smokin' some good stuff to come up with that.
6/3- good radio station in Ruidoso. Another good one is coyote 107.1.
gdude- we enjoy your company and chatting with you as well.
Chilegal- bring the rain and yourself back to NM.
Don't wait until June.

Yep the lottery number was picked, like they do in lotteries....

But I had already been drafted when they came out with the lottery.

So it was a 'moot' point...

I have mixed feeling on the subject. But I really doubt it would come back. But, we do not need it, and if we did, it would probably be a bad situation...
