Default Pet peave!

People living in the Santa Fe neighborhood where this "kitty kat" was captured should be breathing a sigh of relief for their house pets - assuming there are any house pets left to worry about there.

I never want to run into one of them while I'm out walking.

Default Blue Bell on sale today.

Whoopee... I finally bought two half-gallons of Blue Bell ice cream at my local Thriftway grocer in Ruidoso today and it was less than half price at $3.00/per as an introductory offer.

The store didn't have a large selection left as it is a popular seller, but I got my favorite flavors!

I goofed. I thought I bought Homemade Vanilla. So when I went to eat a bowl last night, it tasted like pineapple - and it was - Homemade Vanilla with Pineapple! And pineapple is my least favorite fruit flavor. Luckily I had a pint of chopped strawberries on hand, so I added some of them and it tasted more like berries than pineapple. But I'll be more careful in future when reading the labels!

Ewwww. Pineapple is my most hated fruit/food in the world--and I would probably have hurled at the first bite and thrown the rest of the container in the trash.

Yuck yuck yuck!!!
