It's 93 right now and we are heading for a high of 103. The President speaks here in Tempe tonight at 7:00 p.m. for ASU's Commencement. It could easily still be 100 degrees when he starts his speech. I wonder if he new what he was getting himself into. They are expecting a crowd of 71,000 people in the football stadium.

I doubt it. I don't want to get political but he seems like the type of man that won't be able to handle it.

I take that back what I said about it being Midland all over again....I get obsessive about the weather (LOL, I admit it) and have about 15 cities in the list.....

Alamo just hit 90....and Midland just went to 101.

I know Timberon is way below normal in rainfall--and I'd guess that the temperatures have been way above normal, too.

I just covered the tomatoes up.

Good Evening y'all!

Were getting pounded by a major thunderstorm tonight. May see about 1 inch of rain to 2 inches.

Right now any more rain and the local river will rise even more putting the Bridge construction project in trouble and most likely close the bridge. That is a major transportation artery in Indiana. That would be disasterous watching a bridge collapse. So for now I dont want rain.

Aww...yes I remember those storms. I remember last summer when an F2 went through the east side of town just on the other side of 465. I drove through there the next morning for a dish install. Crazyness.

So anybody doing anything this weekend? I'm contemplating making a quick trip to albuquerque to hit up costco on coors and come right back asap. I really need new contacts and costco sells them almost 30 dollars cheaper than anywhere around here. I've also been eyeing that 3 pack of of patron with the flask for quite some time now. I would probably stop off at 66 casino too for a blue moon. Hmmmmmm...Just wish costco was a lot closer...
