At 9:15 p.m. in Tempe it is still 100 degrees. Should be 116 by Sunday.

The only time I like hot weather is if I'm next to a beach, otherwise, give me the cooler weather.

Thank God for refrigerated air. I don't envy the swamp cooler homes right now.

If it were not for the water situation in Timberon, I'd be talking to Roberts Realty right now for a summer home.
