We're fine - thanks.
Believe it ot not - we actually had RAIN this pm. not a lot - but actually enough to wash the dust off just a bit.

Hope that you both are great. Sounds like you had a good trek to NM -- we are trying for New year's.

Charlie and Cheryl took us by your place in Timberon. It looked great! Maybe sometime in the next year or so we can get together in Timberon. It would be fun!!!

Think around the 4th of July for the annual CD get together. Last July there was around 25 or so.

Default Have you missed winter?

For those in my area who have missed the "fun" of a normal winter the past two years, it's now trying to make up for it. The HIGH temp today was 21F and at 3pm it's at 17F and snowing lightly. Haven't seen the sun since last Saturday except for a few hours Wed morning. People here are having to learn how to drive in this weather all over again - and many are learning the "hard way!" Tow truck drivers working overtime, etc.

Temps will fall into single digits for sure tonight, with wind chills below zero!

Here in Ruidoso there have been sporadic localized power interruptions that usually occur when transformers short out. But as far as I know, there have been no disruptions long enough to cause serious side effects. I personally had a single power 'bump' in the past few days - just enough to cause my digital clocks to need resetting.

Any word on snow totals for Capitan, Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, and Timberon. Just curious. Thanks.
