In ABQ there is a for-profit chain that handles vehicle registration, license
changes, etc. call MVD Express MVD Express Get In : Get Done : Get Going - MVD Express

We used them to get our licenses, register both cars and get my motorcycle
endorsement and they were always about as fast as could be expected, very
courteous and knowledgeable. It cost a bit more, but I value both my time
and my sense of peace so I was willing to pay a bit more.

Lots and lots of them along with pine cones.
Pine needles are a huge fire danger here.

So I see. I didnt think that you could really find pine cones/trees in the southwest. That must be why you rake them.
