From the picture you provided, I'm going to have to go with Levy, NM.

For those not in the know, Colmor is about 9 miles S of Springer.
Levy is about 7 miles N of Wagon Mound. Colmor is about 8 miles N of Levy.

Springer and Wagon Mound, for those that can't do math are about 25 mi apart.

For those who don't do geography, Wagon Mound is about halfway between Raton and Las Vegas.

For those who don't know where either Raton or Las Vegas are, look it up.

Judging from the satellite views, there is no such road in Levy.

Looking at Colmor, there is a likely candidate for such a road going NE
and parallel to the RR tracks. The picture shows a line of "telegraph"
poles on the right that likely parallel the tracks. The trees and
buildings appear correct for the views I'm seeing.

The angle of the sun and the vegetation, clouds appear that the
picture was taken in the morning around 10 am in the late spring
or early summer. A 10 am sun would be shining toward the NW
at right angles to such a road.

Your picture doesn't offer much to go on, but I'd probably bet
money on it at this point - depending on the odds.
