Default New Silver City Airport
We just returned from a visit to Silver City and discovered a new airport being constructed west of town and immediately east of a development called Wind Canyon Estates. Anyone have any information on this?

Geez ... Thought I would get a response about the new airport by now. Maybe if speculation that it was planned as an alternative landing strip for Spaceport it would get more attention.

My family and I used to live in Silver City. We moved away about six years ago, so the new aiport is all news to me. I'd have to say I'm equally interested in it.
