Taos Dream (Taos Pueblo: house, living in, vacation)

I have never been outwest before. But the other night I had a very disturbing dream that seemed very real about some town in New Mexico called Taos. In the dream I woke up very angry at something about the place. Something really bad was going on in the dream. There was some kind of really bad force there. In my dream right before I wokeup I heard TAOS SORCERER'S and seen some disturbing images I cant remember. When I heard TAOS SORCERER'S in my head it woke me out of my sleep. I went and looked up Taos New Mexico on here. Does anyone know if there is something strange going on there? The dream seemed very, very real and I have never been anywhere near this place. I know it sounds crazy but I dont know why I would have had a dream that actually specifically mentions someplace I have never been close to before.

Dreams can definately be strange,I've dreamt of states I've never been to but not any city in particular.

Some people in certain cities claim to be able to detect a low frequency humming noise. Taos is the most commonly mentioned city. It is not clear why it would affect you however, since you have never been there.

I believe we have untapped power and we are not encouraged or riduculed so most of us never use it or learn to develop it, and others are cast off as witches too who can do this. There are of course some quakes out there who use this to gain money and power from people too, so it murkes the water some, but all in all, this is actually a area that some have had much success in.. I mean look at all these psychics who can find missing children and etc...there is just so much out there that is real too!

I find this rather interesting, esp the low humming sound, may I ask what city or ciites this is found in? I often get a feeling, an eurphoic feeling from time to time when I am in a new place, it doesn't last long, or I can look at an everyday place and still get that, but can't put my finger on it and then its just gone.

I know people will riducle this, but those who do, are not people I would want to approve of me anyhow, so no harm done! Hee hee!

I've been to Taos Pueblo, New Mexico. It was really nice. Who knows why you had a dream about it? Why not take a trip and visit it?

It's a town full of artists, people who follow New Age philosophies, etc. It also has the "Taos Hum" which is some low frequency background noise that no one has ever been able to figure the source of.

I've vacationed in Taos, great hiking and beautiful. Definately "new agey". I detected no hum. I really think the new agers like to propagate these stories, you know energy source etc.

I have been living in Orange County for 5 years. About two months ago I woke to a low rumbling. . .like a big plane flying in the distance, or a truck engine idling. I didn't say anything for a while. . .One night (4:30am) it woke me up and I couldn't stand it anymore. I walked outside and. . .silence. I then went around my house room by room and in certain areas it was much stronger. I noticed when I opened the windows and doors it eased up a bit, but the throbbing drone was still present. That's when I went online to see what I could find.

There it was the "Taos Hum". Some crazy theories. . .aliens, government testing. I really don't know what to think, but, it's real and it seems to be in my life presently. Is there anyone out there that lives in the Huntington Beach, Orange County area that have been unlucky enough to experience this?
