Default What to do in Taos during Summer?

Planning a trip to SF, and was wondering if there is anything to do in Taos beyond the Publo? Thinking of staying one night if so. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.

I'd like to be in Taos right now just to get away from the heat and humidity. Seriously! If you're going to Taos, make the Enchanted Circle drive through Angel Fire, Eagle Nest, Red River and Questa. It is gorgeous!

(0) What catman said. ( I was going to put this in, but whilst preparing my post, he beat me to it. )

(1) Go out to the gorge and see the bridge. You can park and walk out to the middle.

Taos Gorge Bridge

(2) Drive to the Taos Ski area for some beautiful scenery and cool weather.
Ride the chair lift.

Taos Ski Valley
