I plan to do a lot of sweating in New Orleans to celebrate Independence Day. Maybe catch some late night fireworks on the river.

Go to Pancakes on the Plaza here in Santa Fe in the morning. Go to a BBQ at my daughter's in Cuyamunge in the afternoon then come home and join some friends on my deck and watch the fireworks at SFHS!

I think we will probably go fishing. Not just sure where, but it will be someplace quiet and relaxing. Last year was spent on planes moving from ME to here.

Smoking some baby back ribs, drinking beer and watching the Cubbies. I will also make some potato salad and cook some corn on the cob to go with the ribs.

Tonight we will put our lawn chairs out front and watch the fireworks from about a mile and a half away.

Happy Fourth everybody!!
