Songin the Wind. How did the weekend go?

Had a great weekend. Finally met Chilegal, Egglady, Double EE and Judy, all of who were selling fantastic crafts before Putting on the Lips. Hiked out to the broken down gazebo and got caught in some light rain, fantastic views from out there. Had about 20 wild turkeys cross the road on the way back to Cloudcroft, they're going to have to do a better job than that hiding from hunters!

It was great meeting Bug Scuffle, he lives within a mile of many of us. Wish you would have been there last night, ended up with food and great music. Catman would have had fun sittin in.

Timberon is Hoppin now , we are having a great time - I will hate to leave.

My weekend was great. Thanks for asking about it.
I saw my mom, brothers, one neice and a couple of nephews. I also saw friends that I haven't seen in a long while.
We all went on a large boat for 5 hours Sat. night with a BBq dinner, drinks and dancing and lots of talking. About 78 people on the boat. More dancing and partying Sunday.
I had a great time but wish I could have had longer spending more time with them all. We just got home a couple of hours ago and I'm tired and I'll be glad to sleep in my own bed tonight.
I missed the show here Sun. evening but there's always next year too.

Glad you are back & that you had a great trip! We also missed the big show! We had too many things on our 'to do list' to do much socializing! As you say - next year!!
