"The bill passed the New Mexico House of Representatives unanimously on Monday, and it already is scheduled for a hearing on Wednesday in the Senate."

I'm a fan of doing business locally (even when it comes to supporting my local banks). However, do our banks have the savvy and know-how to handle this money?

DCF had this as a topic not too long ago:
