Iíll have to consider this while planning a relocation/retirement to NM.
Thats something to think about where people will stay but in Daytona 500 in Daytona Beach (pop 65,000) when i went down there to see the race there must have been 20,000 RV's as they were lined up for miles and miles for the event so that may aleviate some of the hotel/motel situation. Also they arrive about a week out so the money and Gross Receipts Taxes to Tor C and Sierra County would be a heck of a shot in the arm. We'll see........

Having no Hotels available for 50 miles isnt bad news, in fact its great news! The bad thing is the lack of initiative to open another hotel or three to bring more revenue in!
