Default Sky Mountain Development near Grants, NM

I am considering buying some land for my retirement in this planned development. The community is about 30-40 miles south of Gallup. The nearest cities are Grants and Gallup, NM. Do any of you can share your opinion with me about this general area? Anything to lookout for? Thanks in advance.

It's high elevation - lots of ponderosa pine trees and views and aspens and such. Great beauty spot. They apparently have roads and electric, and will keep roads plowed open when a few people are living out there full time.

Used to be a cattle ranch, good hunting roads, and the developer seems keen on keeping it nice. Bluewater Lake Park & Ramah Lake are good fishing areas.
