The established power base (for the time being) of Latinos in New Orleans are Hondurans. I am really shocked that in spite of the migration patterns, trade relationships, etc. between here and Honduras there are not direct flights between New Orleans and places such as Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula and Roatan. Not sure if wealthy Hondurans receive the same sort of tourist visas that Mexican nationals do in order to come enjoy the city and spend money...but they should. It would benefit New Orleans more than anywhere.

Hahaha, indeed that would be great and makes lots of sense, maybe this would also influence a great push for French usage in Louisiana again if the number of Quebec tourist rise to a sizeable digit.
