Default Rivers Edge on St Andrews

Does anyone have any experience with this apt. ? I went to see it a few weeks ago. I liked it the best out of all the places we looked at to live. I will be moving to NO mid June. I am in the process of signing a lease and wanted to get input. I am a 24 yr old male - going to grad school in Sept. ANy info would be helpful especially crime in the area.

The area was formerly housing projects. That is part of the new construction that was built as a mixed-income development. The crime there isn't as bad as it was before, but it is still a problem. Did you look at www.thesaulet.com?

If you're already signing a lease, then it's kind of moot now.

It's not really the best area. I would have looked on the other side of Felicity close to Coliseum Square or further up-river (uptown). The Saulet is a great option if you want to be close to downtown.

That side of Magazine right there gets kind of sketchy as you go towards the river.
