Go Saints Go!!!
Hello New Orleans!!! How about dem Saints?? I am overjoyed at the performance yesterday. There was something about seeing them make their entrance. I am still displaced and have yet to return home but I made my way to the city to watch it on tv. I had to be in the atmosphere. Yeah, I could have watched it where I am but I think I would have been the only person celebrating. In New Orleans, it felt like the entire city was rejoicing. It felt good to be home again and it felt good to have something positive and familiar to see.
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? For a moment, I was not a Katrina evacuee, things were back to normal. Even though that feeling did not last, it felt good to feel good for a change.
