I have Progressive. Not sure if they are the lowest but they seem competitive.

Switched to GEICO from Progressive (Progressive kept jacking up my rates despite a 22% snapshot discount)...now GEICO keeps raising their rates too, sticking with them for now.

We have State Farm and were quoted lower rates with them than with Geico or Progressive. We also receive a multi-line discount for having our Renter's Policy with them as well.

Working in the legal field and having been through multiple trials involving Geico, I personally would never use them as my insurance carrier even if they offered the lowest rates.
