I have actually only been to D&B's once when I lived in Nashville. Don't get me wrong, I would check it out again if there was one in NOLA I just figured it was more of a fad than a growing enterprise.

Me too! I was down right before the holidays and me and the fam were trying to think of some place to go eat and really didn't feel like leaving the east, but obviously the options there are limited. I think an establishment like Latitude 360 would be well received and visited out in the east. A good location that comes to mind would probably be on Bullard where the old Schwegmann's was.

It's an alright place. I've been a few times in Houston and once in Jacksonville.

Louisiana is a ripe market for the franchise. There should be one in Baton Rouge and Lafayette as well. Greenville, Panama City Beach, Boise, Tempe, AZ, Honolulu, Albany, NY, Colombus, OH, etc all have at least one.

Their fall IPO might lead us to believe Dave & Buster's is indeed a growing enterprise.

I think they've spent the better part of the early 2000's finding the brand's sweet spot. Some of the first D&B's when I lived in Dallas were far bigger than 40k sq ft. I'm glad they figured out how to dial back the square footage. Their revenue per sq ft number would be abysmal if they still were pumping out warehouse sized locations.

Its not a bad place to watch a game and being that close to the Dome and the SK Center they'll get plenty of patrons. It will be packed for the same reason Chili's bar area is packed during a football game, its consistently consistent.
