Thanks!
Our family loved those pictures,we miss our hometown so much. We just didn't want to bring our kids back to the city until things were better.Everytime we see New Orleans it makes us just want to leave everything and jump on I85 south and never look back!!!

Thanks for the pictures. I would rather look at speed by pictures from an ordinary photographer than professional photos. We visited NO in June 2007 and had a great time. We saw the FQ, Uptown, and St. Bernard Parish in particular. We hope to return again for the food and the great people.

Heck yeah!!! Looks like my hometown!!!
You have no idea how much good you've done for my mental health just by posting this drivearound. I have been just sick, completely shellshocked, since the hurricane. My mind is still in Aug/Sept 2005. I know so many people are still fighting to get home, and I have been otherwise stuck in a different city/situation, but at least there is hope for us if we are this resilient. I wish I could be there helping. Maybe soon.
I know every location you show here intimately. Thanks again. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Oh wow, thank you for posting those. Just beautiful. I think NO still has some fight in her and she's coming back to life. I hope that all those who were displaced after Katrina can make their way back home and rebuild this magical place.
