We are heading down the first weekend of August and was wondering how everything is right now as far as masks? Are most businesses open? Thanks in advance

Things might be different now, but we were there in June. We stayed mostly in the French Quarter, and all the businesses in the Quarter seemed to be open, and no one (at that time) required a mask.
