Relief Aid
Okay. I want to ask a question that has been on my mind for over a year. I realize that it is one without easy answers, and it may raise some heat. I don't want to upset anyone ~ I just thought this would be a good place to inquire since some of you have lived in NOLA for some time.
"What" has happened to all those millions of dollars that were poured into relief aid to help rebuild the city??? "Where" did it all go? Did a lot of it go to emergency agencies like the Red Cross? Is it being hoarded at City Hall? Have those "funds" (wherever they are) been tapped into at all for what it's intended for???
Or has it pretty well been kept hush-hush?
