Default New to Lousiana
Hello
I am from Singapore. I will be migrating to either Onord, california or Lousiana,(Tulane) New Orleans. I have working oppurtunities in both the places.
I am married , I have a 3 yr old boy.
Want to know a few things,
Cost of living, renting a two bedroom flat, school for my kid, culture. I am pretty scared, on looking in forum, about crime rates.Which place is more preferred/secured?
Any suggestions/advice.
