Does NOLA have any young professional social groups? (zip code, moving)

My wife and I are moving shortly, and would love to know if there are any social groups available to make friends in the area.... We are both in our 30's, have no kids, and enjoy being active, and seeing what the city has to offer. Would you happen to have any suggestions?

try www.meetup.com and put in your zip code. There may be a lot of groups - I never looked in N.O. but I've used them in other cities. It's a start!

http://www.youngleadershipcouncil.org It's a pretty active group where you can pretty much meet those who are up for networking and since it's nola...everyone is fun.
