Thumbs down Where are they hiring dump truck owner/operators in NOLA?
Who in New Orleans is hiring dump trucks for work? We have moved here from GA and FLA and are desperate to put our trucks to work. Does anyone know who may be hiring for hauling dirt, etc. for rebuilding the levees?

Try Boh Bros they often contract out for trucks to haul dirt and asphalt for their road work. You might want to go to contractors board website and search for contractors, heavy, road, and civil.

I assume you have spoken to the dirt pits. Most of them hire independent truckers for hauling their product. Murphy is one I'm sure others would be listed in yellow pages etc.
