For second quarter of 2008:

Orleans Parish: $920
Jefferson Parish: $932
Plaquemines Parish: $989
St. Bernard Parish: $932

Metro New Orleans Average: $833

I see...I read it wrong. Makes sense with Jefferson having a great deal of retail workers.
