Default Bayou St. John Neighborhood

I'm moving to New Orleans very soon and some of my best housing options are in the Bayou St John neighborhood.

Any opinions on this part of the city? Fun? Dangerous? Historic?

Nice neighborhood and historical. Some family friends are over on Moss and have a great view of the bayou. For the most part the neighborhood is fine, just be careful if you pick closer to Broad the area is sketchy.

I agree with Drouzin. It's a great neighborhood, convenient to many parts of town.
