Arrow Mansions in the Park
OK, now i am down to apartments because houses are going so fast. Does anyone know anything about this place? the address is 7250 Perkins Road
I am starting to get a little frazzled here, Thanks for any help

I believe Perkins Road is in Baton Rouge.

It is a good location that would be convenient to much of Baton Rouge. The neighborhood directly behind and east of the property is not that great. I would suggest you look into Chateau Dijon, off of Essen, if the price is comparable.

You should move this thread to the Baton Rouge forum if possible.
