Question Uptown Renter's Insurance
I have been living in Uptown/Carrolton New Orleans area of for about a year (in the Broadmoor neighborhood on Napoleon Ave). I'd like to buy renter's insurance but the rates seem sky high (from $90-100 per month for 50,000K coverage, including replacement coverage).

Is this normal or should I keep shopping around? That rate quote came from Geico, with whom I also have auto insurance. Thanks in advance for your help.
