Isn't that what's happening on Tulane?
The street was just redone 2 months ago from Causeway to S. Claiborne
Condos and upscale apartments are popping up everywhere from S. Claiborne tp S. Hennessey.
Falstaff and Dixie are being turned into condos and lofts.
Last 3 weeks they have been tearing up and redoing streets in the city left and right.

Yeah, there is an incredible amount of development on Tulane.
Falstaff apartments are already open.

Only problem on Tulane is if you have a dumpy building, but its legally blighted..you can't force someone to fix it.

Yes, roads are being redone all over New Orleans. The unstable soil makes it very hard to keep a road smooth for very long.

Falstaff Apartments

The plans for Dixie is up in the air, but the more the New Orleans/LSU relationship continues to unravel the more likely Dixie will be here to stay
