it's even cheaper in St. Charles Parish or St. Tammany Parish, but not enough to make you move there.
Look at it this way, if you save $50 per month on insurance but spend $75 per month more for gas, whats cheaper.
That being said, I do live north of Abita Springs, not because of insurance, but because it's so much nicer here.
