My husband and I have bad credit. We are moving to NYC area this fall.
I need a ref for a good relator who can "make it happen" - fee, extra deposits....
I need to know what I am dealing with and what my honest options are- and someone who can give it to me straight....
does this person/company exist? Surely someone knows someone....
We will live anywhere - preferably 1200 a month 1bdroom....brooklyn, wash heights, queens, hoboken - I don't care.
but I dont' have a car and cant' do the jersey thing unless it is on the path line.
