If your question was serious , then , no. It is very unlikely a drunk or anyone is going to push her in front of a train. If you or her are concerned about her safety , advise her to never stand near the platform edge. Also ride in a car with a conductor or motorman.
Even if a drunk or deranged individual tried to grab her and drag her to the platform edge , a motorman would stop the train in time seeing the struggle on the platform. If she leans over the edge and gets suddenly shoved , then it's over.
Um, no. The reason why I asked this question was because of the dream I had after coming from the city.
I honestly felt a strong need to insult you for even suggesting that.
But...i'll keep things civil. =P

It was just a valid suggestion put out there for your consideration.
No need to take it personally.
You never mentioned any dream on this thread. Osessive or intrusive thoughts based on nothing related to reality, which this sounded like to me, are often repressed wishes. Doesn't necessarily mean you want to literally kill your mother--just might be angy with her on some level. The unconscious has no moral filter. That's the way it works.
I think there would be more valid? things to "worry" about...but she should stay clear of the platform. I've often felt unsafe while walking near the platform since some people stand fairly close to the tracks and it's a little unnerving trying to pass them.
Also avoid the extreme ends of the platform, esp if there's garbage cans or bags...sometimes rats will go up onto the platform if this is the case.
