Your problem victorfox, is the inability to discuss rent control in a rational manner. Other then bringing
extreme examples of abuse to the table (usually the one about the 2 bedroom renting for $600 or $800) or absurdly questionable facts with no links, you offer nothing of interest.
People have legitimate questions about how the rent laws work in NYC and the only thing you bring to the discussion is a scolding to the poster for even trying to pursue his rights. Citi-Data's reputation as virulently anti tenant is well deserved thanks to posters like you.
