My GF and I want to move to NYC soon. We'd prob spend up to $1,100 on rent. A nice neighborhood, safe, crime free. I'm Italian she's mexican. Any ideas? SOmewhere in walking distance of the store and bar. We have the rest of the expenses taken care of. What are some neighborhoods that come to mind?

Default Bay Ridge

I donít know what other amenities you may be interested in, and Iím probably biased because I live in Bay Ridge, but I think you would feel very comfortable here. For $1100 you will definitely get a really nice studio and even a one bedroom for that price point. Tell us a little more about your situation so we can give you more specific suggestions. I donít think any neighborhood is crime free, but Bay Ridge is a very safe neighborhood. If you want more information about Bay Ridge feel free to DM me or inquire on post.
