Hi I read your post, i think for under 650,000 you might as well purchase a small apartment in the city!! Esp, if you will be working in the city, it would be wise!! There is NO City like NY City!! It is just the best city to live in!! It is Awake and Alive and Happy!! Full of history, and culture!! AND FUN!!! I am a New YOrker, but live in South Floirda the last 20 years, had my kids here and always take them at least once per year to NY city to see my roots, and htey all just love it there as well!!!!
