I am writing down the street addresses of the building that I like. How do I find out who manages each of the apartments buildings that I get the address for? I am trying avoid going through brokers if I can.
If you can get into the lobby, there is usually a sign attached to the wall stating who the management company is. If it's a doorman building, just ask the doorman.
neongumbo, I would have to know who the super was and be able to get into the building first in order to ask that....
most buildings have an intercom system where there's a special button for you to contact the super.
