Cuomo and Con Ed get credit for freezing rates for the next two years.
The only thing getting frozen are the people with electric heat.

I just got my electric bill.

90.63, one bedroom. Last month it was 87.00 even. February is less days, yet it is a few dollars more..how can this be? 25 years ago, I used to get 32.00 dollar bills. Other than a computer, everything else is the same.

WTF is going on?

What Con-Ed does to it's customers is simply criminal.........................just criminal!

Then on the envelope there is a saying "I used to be a tree", like am I supposed to feel sorry that we are using paper and there is one less tree? your kidding.............

I send it back to them with my payment and say something nasty like, "so what do you want me to do about it", or "Who cares?"
