A disturbing and possibly race motivated stabbing of a 9 year old Chinese boy. This happened in Sheepshead Bay, as the boy and his grandmother were walking near a construction site. Two black males saw them and rushed toward the boy to stab his stomach. Surveillance video shows the two suspects running away from the crime scene.

Again with the race baiting Allen? I ask that everyone take a moment and read the article, and notice NOWHERE did they mention the race of the attackers, yet Allen calls them black males.

The article does not mention the race of the attackers because you can already see two young black males rushing out of the crime scene in the surveillance video clip found in the link.

This thread is to post on crime that occurs in the city. I specially take interest when its aggression against people who are simply minding their own business and had to be confronted with violence for any reason.

On the other hand your reoccurring meme for most of these topics has been on how white or Irish folk from mid 1800's are the most vile criminals the city had. And therefore nobody should complain about "bored youth" committing most of the crime. Lets focus on the problems that affects the current population today and not political garbage that helps no one.

That video does not show that they are black, it shows 2 dark skinned individuals ...they can just as easily be Hispanic, as Hispanic is not a race and are as black as black people, as white as white people, and everything in between. Enough already.

Your outrage at the facts instead of at the crime perpetuated by the two criminals is very telling. And your wavering excuses shows how your agenda has a very weak foundation. Keep repeating "race baiting" at every turn, and see how much that solves the problems in society. It certainly won't help in this discussion.

Now to the facts. You can tell clearly from the footage that these individuals are of black origin. Secondly, them being ethnically Hispanic, African-American, or African-Caribbean is not the most significant part. It's that we have thugs who would attack a young boy who is obviously of a distinct group from them, without a single provocation or rational cause. Do they hate little children? There must be plenty of them in their community and the perps would have gotten in trouble quite a while ago before this. But they do seem to hate defenseless Asian folk. As we have seen plenty of cases like this before in this city and the cause was racial hatred.

It's up to the authorities to decide the nature of the crime. Most importantly they need to question the suspects, who are still on the loose from what I last saw. Before that happens, we cannot say if it is definitely aggression due to hate or not. It's something that should be considered based on previous incidents where Asians in this city have suffered from hate crimes by youths.

Let's continue the discussion on crime in the city, and not feeble distractions tactics and criminal apologetic that you often litter the thread with.
