I'd like people to give me a list of pros and cons about living in New York City, and which part of the city is the best to live in (in your opinion).

PRO: The Yankees Bronx Bombers #1 Baseball Team in the world.

CON: NYC is not what it used to be, many many many natives have left and have been replaced by ________________________________.

(I will leave it at that. Let your imagination fill in the blank.)

NYC was always the top destination for me when I was growing up especially when I was a teenager and when I was in my 20s

Unfortunately NYC is not the same place that it once was

The past 10 years have been crap in my opinion

2 years ago when I went to see the Nationals play against the Yankees at the new stadium I had to pay 8 dollars just for 1 hot dog

8 FREAKING DOLLARS!!!!!

From what I have heard the prices over at the new Giants stadium are even worse

Needless to say... I do not travel up there as much as I used to anymore

Besides, next year the Yankees are coming down to DC so I only have to wait until 2012 to see them again.
