Default NYC Real Estate Market, the bubble and all the statistical data

With all the data floating around lately I still cant get the idea of buying another property. I think late winter of this year might be a good time to make my move. Where do we thing the market will be then or is it still too early.

what are you talking about??? NYC real estate is as strong as ever, maybe out in the 'burbs or boros there's weakness in price but I wouldn't count on prices in desirable places going down.

You need an income well in the six figures to buy any type of property in the 5 boros of NYC (meaning the 'other 4 boros' outside Manhattan). Don't forget that in order to buy a condo or co-op , you must put at least 20% down and be approved by the buildings autocratic co-op board (who are on power trips).

If you want a modern home (the ones you see in every other part of America) with current amenities expect to pay close to 1 million.

Nothing drives down real estate prices like some good old fashioned crime.
