If this is the worse New york has, we got it pretty good. I've seen worse in other cities like Baltimore, Chicago and DC.

And, New York doesn't have the types of urban prairies found in other cities (at least not so much today).

There are entire city blocks in Indianapolis that are completely abandoned, for example.
