Its so funny you posted that!! If you walk up to where the school bus is, you will see condos for sale. I saw a few of those units. I think I have an old posting up about the spooky hospital across the street. I'm so glad we didn't purchase the unit!!

There are really gritty an blighted areas along East New York Ave in Ocean Hill.
