414 Washington is Tribeca, Bethune Street is West Village.

This one is in the well known Carnegie Hill Historic District. The building does not look really special. Its history makes it unique and interesting. 1107 5th Avenue was the location of the most luxurious apartment in NYC, a 54-room triplex. Even Rockefeller’s apartment at 740 Park Avenue failed to compare.
