Default Directions please from Federal Circle to N SRV rd

Hi,
We are 4 Australians who have chosen "good or bad" to hire a car from National car rentals located at Building 306 Federal Circle JFK Airport and we need to get to N SRV Rd (whatever ahat means) we have a number of maps but cannot get the detail we need. Ultimately we are driving to Churchtown PA but we have detailed intstructions for this but just need "detailed help" to get onto N SRV Rd
Thanks
Mick

Default North service road

Got your answer mate-
North Service Road is a local intra-airport road where cargo terminals, maintenance facilities, hangers, rent a car offices and office buildings within the New York Kennedy airport are located. This road only exists within the airport. It run parallel to the VAN WYCK expressway within the airport. There are plenty of signs within the airport property. As long as you understand English you will be fine.

Default Car Rental Company will help you

The friendly desk agents at the car rental agency will guide you. Keep in mind you can also rent a GPS at the agency.

I believe you can take the JFK Airtrain to Federal Circle to get the car rental agencies and they should be able to guide you to the exact location that you need.

National should have a free shuttle bus from the terminal where you land to take you to Federal Circle. Find the National desk in the terminal before heading out. If they don't have a shuttle, which I doubt, a taxi to Federal Circle could be had from the terminal for about $8.00.

Default expect more from a taxi guy

No they do not have a shuttle. You MUST ride the airtrain from the terminal to Federal Circle and the National office is downstairs next to the federal circle station.

The way the OP wrote the post originally is confusing. It seems that he is asking how to get N. Service Road so that he can get to National Car Rental, and not how to get to N. Service Road after he already is in his car rental. As another poster stated, ride the AirTrain to Federal Circle and National car rental will be downstairs.

Well excuuuuse me! But if there are 4 from Down Under, they would have to pay $5 each for the hideous Air Thing. It would be less expensive to grab a taxi at the terminal to Federal Circle. The driver would get a shorty ticket from the dispatcher, which means he can go back to the front of the line at the terminal for the hoped for ride to Manhattan.

Default free airtrain

The airtrain is free between the terminal and federal circle and much faster than waiting in a taxi queue. It is bad enough we are dealing with foreigners here, we don't to take them for a ride with bad info.

Sorry, "Foreigners," the Airtrain is indeed free around the airport, which includes Federal Circle. However, if you want to spend a few of your pumped up Australian dollars, take a taxi.
