Hi, we are moving back to Queens (Ridgewood) tomorrow! YAY!!! Leaving LI finally! Anyways, my 4 year old loves to "play" the keyboard. We bought her a Yamaha EZ Play a year and a half ago. She hears songs (kids' songs) and plays them herself, by ear. She also sings "Hey Jude"... random, I know... lmao! My husband and I don't play at all, so we aren't teaching her. I'm NOT one of those parents who swears I am raising the next famous musician/athlete/politician/etc... BUT my daughter obviously has expressed an interest and some kind of ability.
Do you know of any good music schools in the area (preferably a quick train ride from Ridgewood)? I've called Brooklyn Music School (Fulton Street stop on the G). Any other info??? Thanks!!!
